Knowledge transfer, including international hotspots

Good knowledge transfer can only take place if there is a closely-knit knowledge network and good cooperation within this network. The knowledge transfer creates this knowledge network within the programme and monitors conditions to ensure it functions properly.

This requires coordination both at the knowledge network and the hotspot level, as well as the exchange and availability of knowledge. The knowledge transfer also ensures that knowledge is made available to a wider audience and that hotspot knowledge is thematically translated so that it can be used to better support national policymaking. International hotspots
Knowledge for Climate will work together with a number of interesting international hotspots (e.g. delta regions) with the aim of obtaining knowledge from abroad and using this knowledge to develop a total climate adaptation product, which can also be applied on an international scale: knowledge as export product.
